Job Description
S SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
The Client Property Manager oversees the management, organization, and security of all client property within the facility, ensuring that all client belongings are properly inventoried, stored, and safeguarded in accordance with agency policy and confidentiality standards. This role also supports the admissions process by assisting with client intake.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Property Oversight Manage and organize all client property at intake, ensuring accurate documentation and secure storage. Conduct client property searches according to agency policy and safety protocols. Maintain an organized, clean, and secure property storage room, including the designated basement storage area. Confirm that all client belongings are properly labeled, logged, and returned upon discharge. Communicate with the Admissions and Clinical teams regarding property discrepancies or safety concern Compliance & Documentation Follow all organizational policies related to property management, confidentiality, and client rights. Maintain accurate logs and records of client belongings in the electronic health record (EHR) or designated tracking system. Report any infractions, missing items, or contraband findings promptly to the Admissions Manager. Participate in audits or inspections of the property management area as required.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or GED Successful completion of BCI/FBI background check and pre-employment drug screen. Prior experience in administrative, custodial, or property management roles preferred.SKILLS & ABILITIES
Strong attention to detail, time management, prioritizing tasks and adapting to changing maintenance demands, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional conduct in client and staff areas. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and follow-through with supervisors and coworkers.PHYSICAL DEMANDS
