Job Description
Job Summary Schottenstein Real Estate Group is looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic and sales-oriented individual to join our leasing team. Great work environment with career growth opportunity! Excellent salary, commissions and benefits! Must be able to work weekends. Previous leasing experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities and Duties
- Help prospective residents find a new apartment home
- Process the application paperwork
- Prepare the lease/addendums
- Post monthly rent
- Answer the phone and respond to emails
- Plan resident events/activities Qualifications and Skills Previous leasing experience is preferred but not required 5 years customer service experience Excellent customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills
