What You'll Do:

Oversee day-to-day operations of our residential properties Ensure tenant satisfaction through prompt communication and problem-solving Manage budgets, lease agreements, and property maintenance Coordinate with vendors and contractors to maintain property standards Implement strategies to maximize property value and occupancy rates

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in property management Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Knowledge of property management software (experience with Yardi Voyager is a plus!)
