Why We Need You:
This position is located in the Akron area. The multi-site Assistant Property Manager will assist managers at various properties with the day-to-day, on-site employee activities and apartment community operations. This person will also assist in supervising several employees when the manager is not available.
Responsibilities:
Meet with prospective residents to determine their needs and qualifications Positive and professional daily interaction with residents Assist in preparing lease agreements and processing rent payments Prepare maintenance work orders, and communicate with maintenance personnel Investigate, respond, and resolve resident complaints Prepare reports on property status such as occupancy rates and expiration of leases Follow policies and procedures Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Experienced manager as well as leasing professionals looking for career development Leadership and team-building skills Computer literacy - Microsoft Outlook Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in property management software
