Job Description

We are seeking a Property Manager whose standard for excellence isn't defined by checklists — it's a lived philosophy. Our community in Westerville, Ohio is a Class A+ residential experience where every touchpoint, from a resident's first tour to a quiet Tuesday morning at the coffee bar, reflects intentional hospitality. WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Overall community performance: leasing, renewals, revenue, NOI, and resident satisfaction Maintaining presentation standards across all indoor and outdoor amenity spaces — coffee bar, fitness center, courtyards, corridors, and model/vacant homes Cultivating a team culture rooted in anticipatory service and personal accountability Vendor and contractor relationships, ensuring work reflects community standards before sign-off Resident experience from first inquiry through move-out, with a bias toward proactive communication Financial reporting, budgeting, and owner relations in partnership with leadership
WHO YOU ARE
3+ years managing a Class A or luxury multifamily community; boutique/high-touch experience preferred Hospitality-forward mindset — you notice what others walk past and act on it Strong leasing acumen with a track record of high occupancy and renewal rates Experience with property management software (RealPage/OneSite experience a plus) CAM designation or active pursuit preferred Calm under pressure, decisive, and uncompromising on quality without losing your warmth Ready to lead something you're proud of? $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
