Property Assistant Location:

Oklahoma City, OK Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM No nights, weekends, or on-call duties

Pay:

$18-$20

Job Duties:

Manage tenant relations Handle tenant work orders and rent collections Coordinate routine maintenance Complete additional tasks assigned by upper management

General Abilities:

Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently Professional demeanor and attention to detail

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet research Computer proficiency Valid driver's license ✅ Full-time, Monday-Friday (8:30 AM-5:00 PM) ✅ No nights, weekends, or on-call ✅

Pay:

$18-$20/hr ✅ Discounted rental rate after probation period ✅ In-person role based in Oklahoma City ✅ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office & internet research ✅ Valid driver's license required We're looking for someone who's organized, courteous, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
