Primarily Day Shift with required nights and weekends as needed.Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized City District Manager to oversee both the business development and operational execution of our janitorial accounts. This dual-purpose role is critical to our success; you will be responsible for both winning the business (Sales) and ensuring the highest standard of service delivery once an account is awarded (Operations). The City District Manager acts as the primary bridge between our company, our clients, and our workforce. Your mission is to grow the district through strategic sales and maintain account health through proactive management and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Growth (Account Acquisition)- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the district to gain new accounts.• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company's footprint. Build rapport with prospective clients, understanding their unique facility needs. 2. Operations & Account Management- Assume full responsibility for accounts once they are awarded. Manage the "managerial workbook" process, ensuring all operational standards are met. Oversee subcontractors and internal workers to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are upheld. Conduct on-site inspections to verify work quality and completion. 3. Relationship Management & Communication- Act as the primary point of contact for property managers, facility managers, and important tenants. Listen to client concerns, address complaints immediately, and resolve problems creatively and effectively. Provide consistent follow-up with property managers to ensure long-term satisfaction and account retention.Essential Attributes- Problem-Solving Personality:

Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check (no felony convictions).Driving:
Must possess a valid Driver's License and maintain active auto insurance.Availability:
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends to inspect work or meet client needs.Experience:
Proven experience in management, janitorial services, or outside sales is preferred. Compensation & Benefits- Competitive Salary (commensurate with experience), additional benefits: Car allowance, Phone allowance, Commission/Bonuses.Job Type:
