Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, customer focused Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations at a busy, bilingual multi-family community. This role partners closely with the Property Manager to deliver excellent resident experiences, maintain occupancy goals, and ensure smooth office operations while serving both English and Spanish speaking residents. Key Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day property operations, leasing, and resident relations Communicate effectively with residents in both English and Spanish Support leasing activities including tours, applications, and move-ins/outs Respond to resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests professionally Help manage rent collections, delinquencies, and payment plans Maintain accurate resident files and property records Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure timely work order completion Support marketing efforts and community outreach initiatives Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and local regulations Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus 1-3 years of property management, leasing, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, Onesite) a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional, dependable, and team-oriented What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off, sick time and holiday pay Career growth opportunities within a growing organization
