Responsibilities Assist with leasing activities, including showing properties, explaining lease terms, and processing rental applications using property management tools Support property maintenance coordination by communicating with vendors and residents to ensure timely repairs and upkeep Help manage tenant relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and maintaining excellent customer service standards Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, rent payments, and tenant files while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and legal requirements Assist with client communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and customer relationship management skills Support team management activities by collaborating with other staff members to ensure smooth property operations and excellent resident experiences Skills Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle conflict management effectively and negotiate solutions that benefit both tenants and the company Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in data entry and record keeping Effective communication skills with professional phone etiquette and client interaction experience Eagerness to learn about real estate administrative functions such as lease or rental agreement management, upselling opportunities, and property leasing strategies Join us as an Assistant Property Manager — Entry Level / Will Train where your energy fuels our success!
