Services We Provide Yardvarks offers comprehensive outdoor services for residential and commercial clients, including: Lawn and landscape maintenance Landscape and irrigation installation Turf & Ornamental Services Pest control services Pool service and repair Seasonal property enhancements Position Summary We are seeking a high-level Landscape Account Manager to oversee client relationships and property quality across a portfolio of residential and commercial accounts. This role is responsible for owning the client relationship from start to finish while ensuring every assigned property consistently meets Yardvarks' standards. The ideal candidate understands that great landscaping is built through communication, attention to detail, accountability, and proactive problem-solving. This role serves as the primary point of communication between the client and Yardvarks operations teams, ensuring all departments are aligned and properties are maintained at the highest level. Responsibilities Manage relationships for assigned residential and commercial landscape accounts Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and Yardvarks teams Conduct regular property walkthroughs and quality inspections Ensure all assigned properties consistently meet Yardvarks' quality standards Coordinate and orchestrate work between maintenance, irrigation, enhancements, turf & ornamental, pest control, pool, and production departments Communicate proactively with clients regarding property conditions, recommendations, schedules, and ongoing work Identify issues quickly and develop solutions to maintain property quality and client satisfaction Ensure work orders, enhancements, and service requests are completed properly and on schedule Maintain detailed communication records, property notes, and follow-up items Build long-term client relationships through responsiveness, professionalism, and accountability Monitor property conditions with strong attention to detail and ensure issues are corrected before they escalate Work closely with department managers and crews to maintain efficiency, quality, and consistency across all services on the property Requirements Experience in landscape management, account management, or a related leadership role Strong communication and relationship-building skills High attention to detail and organizational ability Ability to problem-solve and make decisions independently Professionalism and strong customer service mindset Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively Knowledge of landscaping, irrigation, turf, or horticulture Valid driver's license with clean driving record Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based incentives Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Opportunities for advancement and leadership growth Supportive, team-focused work environment Ready to Join Us?
