Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic property management team as an Assistant Property Manager, where your energy and enthusiasm will drive exceptional resident experiences and operational excellence. In this vital role, you will support the daily management of residential properties, ensuring compliance with housing regulations, maintaining high standards of customer service, and assisting with leasing and administrative functions. Your proactive approach will help foster a welcoming community environment while streamlining property operations to maximize efficiency and satisfaction. Duties Assist in managing property leasing activities, including conducting property tours, processing applications, and social media posting. Coordinate property maintenance requests and facilities management tasks using appfolio; oversee vendor relationships to ensure timely repairs and upkeep. Handle tenant inquiries via phone and in person with excellent customer service skills; resolve conflicts effectively while maintaining professionalism. Maintain accurate data entry and filing of tenant records, lease documents. Assist in financial administration tasks including rent collection, late fee enforcement. Qualifications Experience in property management Proficiency with computers and social media platforms strong data entry and office experience. Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette; ability to handle conflict management situations diplomatically. Strong organizational skills with experience in filing, data management, and administrative tasks. Experience with facilities management or property maintenance coordination is a plus.
