Part Time Property Manager in Mcminnville Norris & Stevens McMinnville, OR Job Details Part-time $26 - $28 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Property supervision Conducting guided tours Property maintenance Marketing Tenants Full Job Description We are looking for an enthusiastic manager to oversee a charming small property near McMinnville. As the property manager, you will be responsible for the appearance of your property, ensuring all community guidelines are followed, and excellent tenant experiences. Compensation depends on experience and may include a rent credit. Qualifies for reimbursements of gas, utilities, and cell phone. Schedule is flexible, but does require availability on the weekends.
Duties will include:
Rent collection Responding to maintenance requests Scheduling vendors Marketing vacancies Providing tours and applications to prospective residents Maintaining the property appearance Issuing notices Maintaining communication with residents Light property maintenance Whether you are experienced or just getting started in the industry, we may have a place for you. We provide a 3-day Training course to connect you with our expert support team and familiarize you with Norris & Stevens' policies. You will work with one Asset Manager and Accountant and a full support team for laws, policies and procedures, giving you extensive resources for this rewarding challenge.
