A Resident Manager oversees the day-to-day functions of a Group Home Supporting 3 individuals with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities.

General Responsibilities :

Maintain and monitor documentation and data tracking in Therap Train staff, DSPs (Direct Support Professionals) Create and update client support documents and protocols Ensure professional delivery of client supports Oversee medication administration and documentation Assist with medical appointments and monitor the health and well-being of clients Coordinate Transportation ​

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a DSP, caregiver, CNA, or in a related field. 1 Year Experience in Care Facility Administration preferred Strong leadership qualities Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communications skills 18 years or older Ability to pass criminal background check Valid driver's license, good driving history Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Word, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, etc. File management skills General computer proficiency Parental experience is preferred
