Full-Time; 40 hours per week; Monday•Friday; 11am•7pm; (Requires flexibility to work two weekend days per month)
Salary Range:

The Supervisor oversees the care and treatment of youth housed in a group home as part of the Klahre House therapeutic education and day treatment program. The purpose of the supervisor is to provide support and structure for youth and to help program staff in providing treatment services and activities designed to promote positive youth involvement and leadership. What you will do… Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and support to staff; facilitate regular team meetings, performance reviews, and ongoing training. Oversee the day-to-day functions of the residential home, ensuring a safe, clean, and structured environment for youth residents. Develop and monitor youth programs that support personal growth, behavioral development, and life skills. Support youth in achieving their goals by encouraging them, making sure they are accountable and providing structured opportunities. Make sure all are following Residential Home rules and The Next Door's policies and procedures. Watch for and report incidents, how the youth are behaving and their progress. Make sure to write down what is needed in a timely manner. Stay in contact with the Intake Coordinator regarding new youth placement decisions following their screening interviews. Required:
Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field 2+ years of experience in mental/behavioral health Valid driver's license with auto liability insurance Successful completion of a comprehensive background check
Preferred:
