Description Community Manager needed for Bentleyville Apartments in Bentleyville, Pa. Bentleyville Apartments is a 102 unit privately owned low income housing complex. Must have excellent computer and customer service skills. Fast learner with real estate management knowledge highly desired. Duties include but are not limited to marketing/leasing apartments, collecting rents, handling delinquent accounts, answering phone, filing, recertifications,working with residents to resolve questions/requests. Ability to resolve conflict in a competent, professional and non judgemental manner and ability to take direction a must. Drug test and criminal background check required.
