Supervise Lead Direct Support Professionals and Direct Support Professionals. Create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for individuals receiving services. Assist individuals with daily living activities, personal care, meal preparation, and community participation. Promote independence, self-advocacy, and meaningful community engagement. Ensure appropriate staffing coverage and manage employee schedules. Conduct employee training, orientation, coaching, and performance management activities. Monitor medication administration processes and support medication management compliance. Coordinate medical appointments and monitor health-related services. Maintain accurate documentation, consumer records, and electronic health records. Participate in on-call responsibilities and respond to emergencies as needed. Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, and organizational policies. Monitor home safety, conduct inspections, and oversee emergency preparedness activities. Manage consumer funds, petty cash, and household budgets in accordance with regulations. Serve as an advocate and liaison with families, providers, and community resources.
