Description Part time Assistant Manager needed for Hunter's Ridge Apartments in Brownsville, Pa. Hunter's Ridge is a low income housing complex. Must have excellent computer and customer service skills. Fast learner with real estate management knowledge highly desired. Duties include but are not limited to marketing/leasing apartments, collecting rents, handling delinquent accounts, answering phone, filing, recertifications,working with residents to resolve questions/requests. Ability to resolve conflict in a competent, professional and non judgemental manner and ability to take direction a must. Drug test and criminal background check required.
