Join Community Care Connections in Butler as a Community Homes Coordinator and support individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and Autism in living independent, meaningful lives. What You'll Do as a Community Homes Coordinator In this role, you'll lead and support residential services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities while helping them live meaningful, independent lives. Ensure safe, high-quality residential services tailored to each individual's needs Supervise and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) through coaching and leadership Promote individuals' rights, choices, independence, and safety Partner with Program Specialists, Behavioral Supports, families, and outside providers Oversee daily home operations, activities, and staffing needs Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance with policies (including HIPAA) Monitor medication administration and home safety standards Manage household budgets, petty cash, and participant funds Attend and coordinate medical appointments and services Lead team meetings and staff performance evaluations Respond to incidents, emergencies, and rotating on-call responsibilities Provide direct care and support when necessary Responsible for the day-to-day operation of two community homes including, staff supervision and the health and well-being of individuals living in the home What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED At least 3 years' experience in residential or IDD services Valid PA driver's license and good driving record Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to obtain required clearances Ability to respond to emergencies Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with physical care needs Pay & Incentives Salaried position pays based on experience Paid time off (PTO) and holidays 15, 000 Life Insurance provided Benefits Company paid health insurance premiums Retirement plan options Ongoing training and professional development Advancement opportunities Supportive, team-focused work environment Paid training, ongoing education, and mentorship Schedule & Position Details Full-Time position Rotating on-call responsibilities (24/7 emergency availability required) Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed Work occurs in 2 community homes in the Butler Area Why Work With Us?
