Job Description

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leasing residential units, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The Leasing Agent will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants and current residents, managing lease agreements, conducting property tours, and supporting the overall leasing process to maximize occupancy rates. Responsibilities Conduct property tours and present available units to prospective tenants, highlighting features and benefits Manage leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with professionalism and courtesy Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, applications, and lease statuses using property management software (AppFolio) Coordinate with maintenance teams to facilitate property inspections and address tenant concerns promptly Foster positive relationships with tenants through excellent customer service and conflict management skills Qualifications Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities Office experience including data entry, filing, contracts management, and general administrative tasks Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in legal documentation and record keeping This position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic team dedicated to providing quality housing solutions while developing your career in property management.
