A prestigious Property Management Company has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. We are currently searching for one full time Community Director to join our team in Camp Hill. This position will oversee management of multiple conventional apartment communities in the area. Occasional travel to the York, Lancaster and Mechanicsburg area may be required. Monday through Friday, 8:00 am -5:00 pm.

Role and Responsibilities:
Oversee operation of multiple apartment communities. Plan and execute property improvement projects. Monitor financial performance and prepare reports. Develop and manage property budgets. Coordinate leasing efforts to maximize rental income. Ensuring Company policies and procedures are upheld. Resolve resident complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. Conduct routine property inspections to ensure standards are met. Lead efforts to enhance resident retention through excellent customer service. Travel is required.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience in the multi-family housing industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required. Excellent customer service and sales skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation. High School Diploma/GED.
