Description Job Title:
Assistant Community Manager Our company is seeking a seasoned Assistant Community Manager with HUD experience and 2-5 years of prior experience to join our team. As an Assistant Community Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Community Manager in the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. Must have COS or enroll in certification course within 30 days of date of hire.

Must enroll in the following certification courses within 90 days of hire:
HCCP SCHM
TaCCsM Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Community Manager in managing the community's budget and financials
  • Respond to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist in the planning and execution of community events and activities
  • Conduct property tours for prospective residents and assist with the leasing process
  • Ensure that the community is well-maintained and that all maintenance requests are addressed promptly
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of prior experience as an Assistant Community Manager
  • HUD experience is a must
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
