Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, tenant communication, lease documentation, vendor coordination, and general office support to help ensure properties are managed efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the property management team
Answer tenant inquiries and respond to requests in a timely manner
Prepare, file, and maintain leases, contracts, and other property-related documents
Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with vendors and tenants
Assist with rent collection, invoice processing, and recordkeeping
Maintain accurate tenant, vendor, and property files
Schedule appointments, inspections, and property meetings
Support move-in and move-out processes, including documentation and communication
Help prepare reports, correspondence, and notices as needed
Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently
