We are seeking a highly qualified, motivated Regional Manager to oversee our apartment communities. Candidates should have 5-7 years of experience in property management, including multi-site supervision. They should be prepared to demonstrate proven and measurable results in occupancy growth, financial performance, team leadership, and operational success. Weekend hours and scheduling flexibility may be required based on operational needs. This position requires a Pennsylvania Real Estate License. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Duties include but are not limited to: Oversee operations, financial performance, and occupancy goals across multiple apartment communities. Lead, mentor, and support Community Directors and onsite teams to ensure KPI's and company standards are consistently met. Review financial reports, approve budgets, monitor expenses, and identify opportunities to improve performance and reduce costs. Conduct regular site visits, property inspections, and team meetings to ensure communities are operating efficiently and maintained to company standards. Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and performance management of onsite staff. Ensure all communities remain compliant with company policies, Fair Housing regulations, and applicable local, state, and federal requirements. Review market surveys, monitor local market trends, and provide recommendations regarding pricing and leasing strategies. Assist with resident relations and escalated issues to ensure prompt and professional resolution. Partner with maintenance leadership to oversee capital projects, preventative maintenance programs, and vendor performance. Approve invoices, monitor contracts and services, and ensure projects are completed within budget and timeframe expectations. Collaborate with executive leadership regarding operational goals, staffing needs, and portfolio performance. Candidates must have regular access to a vehicle and be legally allowed to drive in the state of Pennsylvania.Comprehensive Benefits That Support You:
