A Residential Community Manager manages operations for an apartment community. Responsible for the maintenance and profitability of the apartment community. May provide information about the community to prospective residents, troubleshoot issues with the buildings and community residents. May also review and approve new lease applications, or be responsible for negotiating and closing sales.

Expectations:
Agency Provide services according to and consistent with Boys & Girls Club of Lancaster's Community School Mission. Coordinate multiple program activities that support the Boys & Girls Club of Lancaster and Community School outcomes. Develop, recommend, and implement Club and District policy and procedures Be a responsible and positive adult role model Execute other tasks as identified by the principal and/or lead agency Strategy Collaborate with key stakeholders (students, families, school staff and community members) to develop a needs and assets assessment that will drive the creation and implementation of a community school plan. Develop and lead a Community School Action Team of stakeholders to implement the plan and continuously monitor progress. In partnership with school staff, create and implement a robust family and community engagement action plan. Build and sustain partnerships with community agencies that are aligned with school goals and bring services into the school to help address school/neighborhood-specific needs (i. e. health, mental health, dental, afterschool, GED, adult ESL, arts, etc.) for both students and families. Provide oversight and coordination of programming during the school day and extended day hours for students, families, and the community. Track and report on program activities and progress and use data & evaluation to strengthen programs. Provide leadership, support and growth opportunities for Community School staff, volunteers and other providers who may interact with Community School activities. Safety Protect the health and safety of youth, families, and personnel Ensure proper use, maintenance and safeguarding of facilities, equipment, and property Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Maintain licensing compliance
Qualifications:
Four-year degree and Master's degree (preferred) 4-7 years' experience in Management, in the Lancaster Community 3-5 years' experience in social service and or education field Valid Driver's License; able to travel between locations independently Familiarity with the diverse population that the Boys & Girls Club of Lancaster serves Must have knowledge of child and adolescent development, family dynamics, stress and crisis management, drug and alcohol issues, family violence, child welfare law, and school systems. Experience facilitating and leading group presentations with key stakeholders, community members, school staff, families, and students.

Ability to supervise partners, volunteers, and interns. Recruit and orient interns.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
