Community Security Patrol Officer

Lake Adventure Community Association is hiring Community Patrol Officers to help keep our campground community safe, welcoming, and running smoothly year-round. This is more than a patrol position. Our officers are often the first people residents and guests interact with. We're looking for someone who is professional, approachable, observant, and ready to help wherever needed. What You'll Do Patrol the campground and community areas Monitor gates, recreation areas, pools, and common spaces Respond to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns Complete reports, logs, and citations accurately and on time Communicate professionally with residents, guests, vendors, and team members Report maintenance, safety, or security concerns Assist property owners and guests with questions and support Work closely with local emergency services when needed Maintain a visible, friendly, and professional presence throughout the property What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Good judgment and situational awareness Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable working outdoors and throughout the property Ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations Previous security, patrol, campground, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Why Lake Adventure?
