In this role, you will manage a large portfolio of small commercial retail and office units , working closely with ownership, leasing partners, and internal teams to ensure strong performance, organized execution, and long-term asset success. Logical & Analytical Thinker You approach financial, operational, and leasing challenges methodically, using data, reporting, and experience to guide decisions and improve outcomes. Fact-Based Communicator You prefer clear, concise, and objective communication with owners, tenants, brokers, and vendors, ensuring expectations, timelines, and objectives are well understood. Skeptical Yet Solution-Oriented You question assumptions, verify financials and operational details, and focus on implementing practical, effective solutions to commercial property challenges. Self-Sufficient & Independent You take ownership of your portfolio, ensuring lease administration, financial reporting, vendor coordination, and leasing support are executed correctly without the need for micromanagement. Quality-Focused & Exacting You hold yourself and others to high standards, ensuring accurate financials, organized records, professional tenant experiences, and consistent execution. Key Responsibilities Process Optimization Establish, document, and refine SOPs for commercial property management, including lease administration, rent collection, CAM reconciliations, maintenance coordination, and tenant communications. Data-Driven Financial & Operational Management Analyze financial statements, budgets, and variances to drive improved asset performance and profitability. Use metrics and reporting to improve occupancy, leasing outcomes, and operational efficiency. Owner, Tenant & Vendor Management Serve as a primary point of contact for commercial owner-clients, providing structured communication and performance updates. Maintain professional, process-driven relationships with tenants, vendors, and leasing partners. Leasing Coordination & Support Participate in and coordinate commercial leasing activities, including renewals, new leases, and broker communications. Ensure leasing processes are organized, documented, and aligned with ownership objectives. Problem Solving & Risk Mitigation Identify operational, financial, and lease-related risks early and address them proactively to minimize disruption. Operational Oversight & Strategic Execution Ensure all properties are managed on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with company and owner goals. Work closely with leadership to implement commercial property strategies that support long-term growth and stability.
