Through mentorship, guidance, and oversight, you'll ensure children and families receive high-quality services while empowering staff to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those they serve. Your leadership will help create pathways to permanency, belonging, and brighter futures. What You'll Do to Make an Impact Help children move from uncertainty to belonging by supporting pathways to permanency and lifelong family connections Lead and encourage a team whose work changes the trajectory of children's lives for generations to come Champion the belief that every child deserves a safe, loving, and permanent place to call home Support families through life's most significant transitions, helping create hope, healing, and stability Build a culture of excellence, compassion, and accountability that ensures children and families receive the highest quality care Strengthen community partnerships and referral relationships that expand opportunities and resources for children in need What You Bring Master's degree in Social Work or a related field, or Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field with at least two years of Human Services experience Experience working with children and families in foster care, adoption, child welfare, or related human services settings Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills Ability to mentor and develop staff while maintaining service quality and compliance standards Excellent organizational, documentation, and problem-solving abilities Valid driver's license, insurance, registration, and reliable transportation What Puts You Ahead Previous supervisory or leadership experience in child welfare or permanency services Experience supporting adoption, foster care, kinship, or permanency programs Strong understanding of state regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices in child welfare Ability to navigate complex family situations while maintaining a child-centered focus Passion for helping children achieve lasting connections and permanent family relationships Your Perks Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) with company match Mileage reimbursement Professional development and advancement opportunities Supportive team environment rooted in compassion and teamwork Meaningful, mission-driven work that makes a lasting difference
