Renaissance Management Group is seeking a driven and experienced Senior Area Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations across three apartment communities in the Plymouth Meeting and Conshohocken markets. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a key leadership role in a newly acquired portfolio undergoing a comprehensive transformation, including the renovation of all apartment homes to Class A luxury standards. The ideal candidate is a strategic sales leader with extensive experience in multifamily leasing, team development, lease-up execution, and asset stabilization. This individual will partner closely with regional leadership to drive occupancy, maximize revenue, and elevate the resident experience throughout the redevelopment process. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight for leasing operations across multiple communities, ensuring achievement of occupancy, traffic, conversion, and revenue goals. Develop and execute comprehensive leasing, marketing, and outreach strategies to support lease-up and stabilization efforts. Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop leasing professionals to drive high-performance sales results and exceptional customer experiences. Analyze market conditions, competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer demand to recommend strategic adjustments. Partner with operations, construction, and renovation teams to align leasing initiatives with renovation schedules and unit availability. Monitor leasing performance metrics, conversion ratios, and reporting to identify opportunities for growth and process improvement. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, company policies, and industry best practices. Serve as a brand ambassador, maintaining a strong presence within the local market and fostering relationships with employers, brokers, and community partners. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management initiatives in partnership with regional leadership. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of multifamily leasing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership, area management, or senior leasing role. Proven success managing lease-ups, new acquisitions, repositioning projects, or luxury multifamily communities. Strong track record of exceeding occupancy, leasing, and revenue goals. Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing leasing teams. Exceptional sales, negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills. Experience with revenue management platforms, CRM systems, and property management software. Strong analytical and organizational abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
