This role is responsible for overseeing all community operations while working closely with the Board of Directors to drive strategy, efficiency, and long-term success. What You'll Be Doing Oversee daily operations across administration, finance, maintenance, recreation, and security Lead, develop, and manage department heads and staff Prepare and manage budgets, financial reporting, audits, and reserve planning Negotiate vendor contracts and oversee capital improvement projects Serve as the main point of contact for residents, Board members, vendors, and local officials Ensure compliance with governing documents, policies, and regulations Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement across all departments

Experience and Skills:
