Job Description
Senior Community Manager Position Summary The Senior Community Manager is responsible for the overall operational, financial, and physical performance of multiple residential communities. This position provides leadership, training, and operational support to onsite teams, ensuring company standards, resident satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and financial objectives are consistently achieved. The Senior Community Manager leads by example, drives accountability, and partners with maintenance, regional leadership, and corporate departments to maximize occupancy, revenue, and resident retention. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Property Operations Oversee the daily operations of assigned communities. Ensure properties are maintained in accordance with company standards and local, state, and federal regulations. Monitor occupancy, leasing performance, delinquency, resident retention, and turnover. Conduct regular property inspections and implement corrective action plans as needed. Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered to residents and prospects. Financial Management Assist with preparation and management of annual operating budgets. Monitor monthly financial performance and identify opportunities to improve NOI. Review financial statements, variances, and operating expenses. Approve invoices and ensure timely processing. Maintain collection efforts and minimize delinquency. Budget tracking for all communities. Leadership & Team Development Assist Post Road Management with onboarding and training needs as they arise. Conduct regular performance discussions and provide ongoing feedback. Promote accountability while fostering a positive team culture.
