POSITION SUMMARY
The IDD Residential Program Manager is directly responsible for the day to day operations of the Residential programs, including three Residential Homes and the Adult Day Treatment Program. The Residential program provides residential services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Elk County. The IDD Residential Program Manager supervises staff, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, monitors financial performance, and ensures that services delivered meet agency and regulatory standards. This position also requires an on-call component to provide support and oversight for residential services outside of regular business hours. A $25.00 stipend is provided for each assigned on-call shift.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education / Experience Master Degree from an accredited college and one year work experience working directly with persons with disabilities OR Bachelors Degree from an accredited college and 2 years working directly with persons with disabilities
