Community Manager Berger Communities is hiring a Community Manager for Ribbon Place Apartments in York, PA. What You'll Do You'll be the face and force behind the day-to-day success of the community. Your leadership will drive everything from leasing results to resident satisfaction. Manage the overall financial performance of the property Set and achieve leasing and occupancy goals Build and lead a high-performing onsite team Handle budgeting, expenses, and capital planning Oversee the full resident lifecycle—from move-ins to renewals Ensure rent collection and handle legal processes as needed Partner with the Service Manager to maintain curb appeal and home readiness Stay in the know about the local market and competing properties #INDSJ
