Assistant Property Manager Real One Property Management LLC Lauderdale Lakes, FL Job Details Part-time $30,000 - $32,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Tuition reimbursement Paid time off Flexible schedule Qualifications Computer operation Microsoft Excel English Administrative experience Driver's License Driving Property management Full Job Description This position required a CAM Licence. (Part-Time) The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of at least 10 Associations of Condos/HOAs. This position is a portfolio Property Manager. The Compnay will provide you with all the accommodations you may need, such as but not limited to a working cell phone, software, a computer is needed, and others. This position is based on a bi-weekly salary (W9). Trips and board meetings will be paid separately.
Essential Functions:
Assist the Property Manager with obtaining supplier and contractor quotations. Inspect properties as needed. Typically, twice a month, depending on the association. The Visits to the association will be paid extra. Received phone call and solved the issue as directed by the Manager Ensure that property files and records are appropriately maintained. Provide administrative support and coordination to the Property Manager; Handle general day-to-day inquiries and concerns from residents and keep all residents' information up-to-date. Make and place service calls. General office / administrative duties as needed. Other duties and projects as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
CAM Licence is a MUST. Please do not apply if you don't have a current CAM Licence. Knowledge of the CINC System is a plus (Not a Must) 2+ years working in the Property Management Field. (Not a Must) Bachelor's degree is a plus (Not a Must) Strong writing skills. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required. Be willing to travel to sites as necessary. The Company pays for miles and gas. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both oral and written, with owners, tenants, team members, and the Board of Directors. Ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships. Professional phone manner. Strong time management skills include multitasking, working under pressure, and achieving quality results. Proven innovation with a willingness to manage and adapt to change. Solid computer skills, including intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Thunderbird.
