Job Description

BOM Associates is seeking a Property Manager / Community Association Coordinator for a private residential community located in the Wellington / Lake Worth area, with additional remote administrative support for other portfolio properties as needed. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with homeowners, vendors, and document management. A Florida CAM license is preferred; however, we will assist the right candidate with obtaining their Florida CAM license. Which One Sounds Like You? You may be a newly licensed CAM who entered community association management looking for a long-term career, but quickly realized that the traditional management company environment can be overwhelming, impersonal, and overloaded. You may be someone who wants to learn the business the right way from the beginning, with direct support, a more focused assignment, and room to grow without being buried under an unrealistic portfolio. You may be an experienced CAM who is ready for a more focused assignment instead of the typical 50-60 hour weekly grind. Or, you may have a strong background in customer service, hospitality, real estate support, office administration, vendor coordination, document management, or another service-focused field where professionalism, follow-through, and interaction with people matter. The right person will be professional, organized, dependable, calm under pressure, and comfortable handling homeowner concerns in a calm, firm, and respectful manner, including difficult or sensitive conversations. Candidates must be comfortable using email, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and basic office systems. Computer and software proficiency may be tested as part of the interview process. Must have reliable transportation. Schedule This is a salaried position with approximately 30 hours per week required on-site at the primary community. The remaining administrative work may be performed remotely from home and other portfolio properties as needed. Compensation This is a salaried position, with compensation starting at $50,000+, based on experience, qualifications, and fit for the position. This position will offer room to grow for someone who wants to take on additional responsibilities and increase earning potential over time. Interested candidates should reply with a cover letter explaining their interest in the position and why they decided to apply, along with a resume or brief summary of relevant experience.
