The Community Partnerships Manager is responsible for driving referral growth, increasing admissions, and expanding revenue through strategic relationship management with Regional Centers and community partners. This role develops and executes sales strategies, builds strong partnerships, and identifies new growth opportunities while serving as a trusted representative of the organization. Success is measured by the ability to generate referrals, achieve admissions goals, and deliver measurable business growth through disciplined sales execution. Primary Responsibilities Drive referral, admissions, and revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans for assigned Regional Centers and community partners. Build and strengthen relationships through presentations, meetings, networking events, and ongoing outreach that increases brand awareness and referral activity. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including service line expansion, community partnerships, and philanthropic initiatives that support organizational growth. Partner with Operations and leadership to align sales activity, pipeline management, and market opportunities with operational capacity and business objectives. Track, analyze, and report sales performance, referral trends, and pipeline activity while ensuring compliance with Regional Center, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements. This is a hybrid position, coming into the Culver City office 3x per week.Work Schedule:
Business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Depending on the position and business needs, employees may be required to work any scheduled shift within these operating hours.Compensation:
This role offers a combination of guaranteed and variable compensaion. Guaranteed (Fixed)Compensation:
