Property Manager

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Property Manager to take ownership of leasing and tenant management. This role is commission-based, offering strong earning potential for individuals who are proactive and focused on filling vacancies. Responsibilities Market and lease vacant units Schedule and conduct in-person showings (required before deposits) Follow up with leads and convert them into approved tenants Collect rent and communicate with tenants regarding balances Manage applications, leases, and payments through our online system (AppFolio) Maintain high occupancy and take full ownership of assigned properties Prioritize and fill vacant units quickly, especially long-term vacancies Compensation Commission-based pay structure High earning potential based on performance Bonuses and incentives may be offered for strong results Requirements Strong communication and follow-up skills Self-motivated and performance-driven Organized and able to manage multiple properties Comfortable using online systems and technology Reliable transportation for property showings What We're Looking For Someone who treats this like their own business.
