Fraco Services Inc. is looking for a dependable, hard-working Oilfield Field Laborer / Shop Hand to join our team. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role that requires flexibility, grit, and a strong work ethic. Every day will be different. Some days you'll be in the field working on jobs for clients, other days you'll be focused on maintaining and operating our own oilfield production , and sometimes you'll be in the shop repairing equipment or handling general maintenance and cleanup. Whether it's servicing wells, fixing rigs, welding in the shop, or getting your hands dirty on a lease, this job is for those who aren't afraid of hard work and want to build valuable experience in all areas of oilfield operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Field Work:

Assist with on-site setup, maintenance, and operation of oilfield equipment at various customer locations.

Company Production Operations:

Help operate, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment on Fraco's own oilfield leases and production sites .

Shop Work:

Perform repairs, maintenance, and preparation of company equipment and tools.

General Labor:

Handle physical tasks like digging, lifting, carrying materials, operating hand tools, and supporting crew needs.

Daily Variety:

No two days are the same—workload shifts between field service, shop maintenance, and lease operations based on what's needed.

Equipment & Tool Care:

Inspect, maintain, and repair tools and equipment to ensure everything is job-ready.

Safety & Cleanliness:

Follow safety procedures at all times and help keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with regulations.

Team Support:

Work side-by-side with crew members to keep operations running smoothly across all areas.

Qualifications:

Experience in oilfield or heavy labor jobs preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. Strong physical condition and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with oilfield equipment and tools is a big plus. Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks. Willingness to learn and take on a wide range of responsibilities. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions.

Working Conditions:

Full-time; Monday through Friday (8-hour shifts) Overtime may be required as needed Work environment varies daily: field work, production sites, shop tasks Frequent exposure to heat, cold, dirt, mud, and other tough conditions

Compensation:

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour (depending on experience/reliability)
