Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Real Estate Manager to oversee our property management operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and exceptional customer service skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple properties efficiently. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance our client interactions. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Negotiate lease agreements and renewals, maintaining positive relationships with tenants and landlords. Oversee property maintenance and coordinate repairs, ensuring high standards of service. Implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants and maintain high occupancy rates. Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and identify necessary improvements. Maintain accurate records of property transactions, tenant communications, and financial reports. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Stay informed about local real estate market trends to advise on pricing strategies. Requirements Proven experience in real estate management or a related field. Strong knowledge of real estate law and Fair Housing regulations. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus. Proficient in administrative tasks related to property management, including documentation and reporting. Ability to negotiate effectively with tenants, landlords, and vendors. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on tenant satisfaction.
