- preferred experience in Residential or Case Management experience Prior experience in a leadership, coordination, or oversight role within residential or community-based services Working knowledge of Colorado's IDD system and service expectations Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once Strong self-direction ability Clear and professional communication style, both written and verbal Confidence in navigating complex or high-pressure situations Reliable transportation and willingness to travel regularly for site visits (Home locations range from South Denver to Greeley, with weekly team meetings in Lafayette).
