WE OFFER LUCRATIVE WAGES/SALARIES AND BONUSES
An ideal candidate in conjunction with the Program manager will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and operation of a residential program. Assistant Program Manager, will provide leadership and serves as a positive role model to all staff and oversee the supports provided to individuals with the goal of maximizing their capacity for personal growth and community membership. The job duties and responsibilities of the Assistant Program Manager include, but are not limited to: Assisting in providing staff direction, coaching and development planning, team meetings facilitation and ongoing staff performance monitoring and accountability. Assisting in Ensuring accurate reporting in a timely manner (electronic and hard copy) Assisting in coordination of community activities, family members and/or guardian interaction. Ensuring the program is in compliance at all times and oversees staff orientation training to new staff. Providing a warm and personalized home for the participants.
HOUSE MANAGEMENT
To work closely with the house manager and program coordinator to ensure the overall health and safety of the participants and that all programmatic standards are satisfactorily met. To provide guidance to all support staff. To assist the House Manager in assuming primary responsibilities for house management functions as assigned by the Program Coordinator. To assist the House Manager in ensuring all clinical records are completed by all staff in an appropriate manner To ensure all support staff are appropriately completing all shift responsibilities during each scheduled shift. This includes cleaning according to daily shift assignments. To monitor and ensure accuracy of all client/agency funds To monitor and ensure that all Participants attend all necessary appointments (i.e. medical, Social Security, etc.) with appropriate documentation and to ensure necessary follow-up tasks. To ensure each Participants Goals & Objectives are being met through daily supports; this includes the completion of all ADL skills (hygiene, laundry and cooking). To ensure any suspicion of abuse is reported to the administrators within 24 hours. To observe, report and follow-through on Participants concerns promptly (medical, nutritional, behavioral, vocational, etc.). To enable open communication with staff and to encourage staff to make recommendations regarding any improvements in the quality of Participants lives. To assist with staff training, to ensure that staff follow the daily schedule and perform assigned duties. To assist the house manager in planning an agenda to conduct staff meetings and to ensure those minutes are taken and signed by the staff. To observe and to monitor staff especially during the introductory period. To attend monthly meetings, and any directors meetings called by administrators. To participate in professional growth activities, e.g. conferences, seminars and course management training. To conduct all required record keeping and filing. Following Direction under the Program Manager, Program Coordinator & Administrative Directors.
