Job Description

Residential Case Manager (Full Time; 37.5 hours)
Location:
Cumberland We are seeking a compassionate professional with experience working in residential programs or with individuals experiencing mental health and substance use challenges. The Residential Case Manager will support one of our residential programs in Cumberland, RI, providing direct services to adults living in a group home setting. As part of a multidisciplinary team, this role assists in delivering psychiatric rehabilitation and supportive services that help residents achieve their goals for independent living, learning, and community participation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate residents needs and progress Provide ongoing support services and crisis intervention Monitor medications and provide medication education as appropriate Advocate for residents and coordinate care with community providers Educate residents, families, and significant others on mental health and substance use and their impact on daily functioning Support residents in developing skills that promote independence and recovery This position plays a critical role in helping individuals build stability and successfully engage in their communities. Education and Licensing Requirements Associates degree in Human Services or a related field required; Bachelors degree (BA/BS) preferred. Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain upon hire. Valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance required.
