Property Manager

B5 Recruiting is partnered with a leading property management company to find a sharp, experienced Property Manager to take full ownership of a residential community in Charleston, SC. This is a hands-on leadership role where you are the face of the property and accountable for everything from financials to resident experience to team performance. What You'll Be Doing You'll lead and direct all daily community operations including leasing, resident relations, maintenance oversight, and budget management. You'll conduct weekly team meetings, walk the property, inspect make-ready units, and ensure the community is always show-ready. On the administrative side, you'll own delinquency management, lease renewals, eviction filings, vendor bids, and reporting in OneSite. You'll also recruit, onboard, and develop your team and hold them accountable to company standards. Requirements What They're Looking For Minimum 3 years as a Property Manager plus 4 to 6 years of related property management experience CALP required, CAM preferred Active South Carolina Property Manager license required Strong leasing and marketing background Proficient in Microsoft Office and OneSite (RealPage) College degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver's license and insurance required The Kind of Person Who Thrives Here You lead with empathy but hold the line.
