Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experiencedCommunity Manager to oversee the operations and management of our mobile home parks. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for providing excellent service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations of the mobile home park, ensuring that the property is well-maintained and meets company standards. Conduct regular inspections of the property and its facilities, addressing maintenance and repair needs promptly. Manage relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Resident Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Organize and oversee community events and activities to foster a sense of community among residents. Handle all aspects of the leasing process, including showing homes, processing applications, and coordinating move-ins and move-outs.
Financial Management:
Develop and manage the property's annual budget, ensuring expenses are controlled and financial goals are met. Collect rent and other fees, maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions. Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses for senior management review.
Compliance and Administration:
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including Fair Housing laws. Maintain up-to-date records of all property activities, including maintenance logs, incident reports, and lease agreements. Implement and enforce community policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all residents.
Qualifications:
Experience in property management, preferably within the mobile home park or manufactured housing industry. Strong understanding of property management principles, including leasing, maintenance, sales and financial management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer service-oriented approach. Understanding in Rent Manager (nice to have) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Full-time Pay:
$35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
