Job Description
Part-Time Apartment Office Assistant - Gaffney, SC Large apartment community located in Gaffney is seeking a dependable and friendly Part-Time Office Assistant to help with day-to-day operations of the property. This position is primarily part-time and as-needed, with occasional opportunities to fill in for the Property Manager when needed. Responsibilities
- Show model units to prospective tenants
- Answer phones and respond to rental inquiries
- Greet current and prospective residents professionally
- Coordinate and communicate maintenance requests
- Assist with general office duties and organization
- Help cover property management responsibilities as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of office, common areas, and vacant apartments Preferred Qualifications
- Previous apartment leasing, property management, or office experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently
- Basic computer and phone skills required
- Cleaning experience is a plus Additional Requirements
- Background check and references required
- Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed
