Position Requirements:
South Carolina Property Manager License What We're Looking For Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and collaborate with others Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset Experience in property management, community opersident relations Knowledge of maintenance coordination, construction oversight, and property upkeep Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Passion for building community engagement and creating positive resident experiences Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage the day-to-day operations of the mobile home community Oversee maintenance activities, property improvements, and construction projects Handle resident calls, inquiries, complaints, and conflict resolution professionally Conduct leasing activities, property showings, and follow up with prospective residents Prepare, maintain, and manage all resident and prospective resident documentation Process applications, move-ins, move-outs, and resident status changes Prepare and serve notices related to rent collections, lease compliance, and property maintenance matters Monitor and support rent collections and delinquency enforcement procedures Submit receipts, reports, and required paperwork accurately and on time Maintain organized property records and operational documentation Support community appearance standards, curb appeal initiatives, and property cleanliness, including cleanup and trash removal as needed Create, organize, and facilitate community events, resident engagement activities, and outreach programs Work toward increasing occupancy, improving resident retention, and enhancing overall community appeal Perform additional duties as assigned by management Performance Bonuses & Benefits We believe when our communities succeed, our managers should succeed too.
