Oversees the collection of rents and payment of bills, taxes and insurance for properties, and provides property owners with reports on finances and the status of properties. Directs leasing operations, or equipment and machinery rentals, for a company or business. Determines charges and prepares rental or lease agreements; supervises inventory, equipment maintenance and recordkeeping for leasing operations.

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Leasing Manager to lead our property leasing operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this role, you will oversee the entire leasing process, from marketing available units to negotiating lease agreements, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective tenants. Your expertise in property management tools, legal regulations, and customer service will drive occupancy rates and foster positive relationships with tenants and team members alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage leasing activities proactively while maintaining compliance with fair housing laws and other regulatory standards. Duties Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including marketing vacant units, conducting property tours, and qualifying prospective tenants. Utilize property management software such as Yardi and OneSite to track leasing activities, tenant information, and rent collections efficiently. Prepare, review, and negotiate lease or rental agreements ensuring clarity and compliance with legal standards. Maintain thorough knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), Section 8 programs, and other relevant policies. Coordinate with property maintenance teams to ensure units are move-in ready and address tenant concerns promptly through excellent customer service. Conduct conflict management and resolution to foster positive tenant relationships while upholding company policies. Support team management efforts by training staff on leasing procedures, legal requirements, and customer relationship management tools. Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records of lease agreements, tenant files, and correspondence. Collaborate with the sales team to upsell available units or additional services that benefit tenants and enhance occupancy rates. Assist in budgeting activities related to leasing operations and monitor lease renewals to maximize revenue opportunities. Experience Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with a strong understanding of lease or rental agreement management. Hands-on experience using property management software such as Yardi or OneSite is highly preferred. Knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, LIHTC compliance, Section 8 housing programs, and facilities management practices. Demonstrated ability in conflict management, negotiation, and client communication within a fast-paced environment. Strong administrative skills including data entry, filing, phone etiquette, and office organization. Experience managing a team within a property management company or similar setting is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills combined with a proactive approach to upselling and client relationship building. Pay:
