Job Description

Provenance Recruitment and Staffing is currently seeking a CTH House Manager for a direct support residential services organization in Pickens County, SC. This is a full-time leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Community Training Home, supervising staff, coordinating resident care, and ensuring compliance with all agency and state standards. This is an in-office position with on-call responsibilities as needed.
Job Summary:
The CTH House Manager will oversee residential staff, manage schedules and documentation, coordinate resident services, and maintain a safe, compliant home environment. This role is ideal for someone with supervisory experience in residential care, human services, healthcare, or direct support settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, schedule, train, and evaluate residential staff Oversee daily operations of the Community Training Home Coordinate resident care, appointments, transportation, and support services Maintain documentation, reports, and consumer records in Therap Monitor staff timecards, schedules, and compliance training Assist with medication administration and MAR documentation Manage household budgets, receipts, and financial logs Ensure compliance with DDSN and agency regulations Communicate with families, medical providers, and internal leadership
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required Valid South Carolina driver's license with good driving record Supervisory experience in residential care, healthcare, or human services preferred Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Experience with documentation, reporting, and staff oversight Ability to work independently and respond in crisis situations
Pay:
$18.00 per hour
