Job Description

The ideal candidate will have strong affordable housing experience, a proven ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment, and a track record of maintaining high occupancy and strong resident satisfaction.

What You'll Do Oversee day-to-day operations of the community and ensure company standards are consistently met Manage leasing activities and ensure strong occupancy performance Collect, post, and track rent payments using property management software (OneSite) Manage delinquency process, including notices, collections, and eviction filings when necessary Ensure all LIHTC and affordable housing recertifications are completed accurately and on time Review rental applications for accuracy and compliance Process lease renewals and support resident retention efforts Oversee maintenance work orders and ensure timely resolution of resident requests Conduct daily property inspections to ensure curb appeal and property standards are maintained Review daily reports related to occupancy, vacancies, notices, and collections Lead resident relations efforts and community engagement activities Support marketing efforts to maintain strong traffic and high occupancy levels (98%-100% target) Assist with unit turns, inspections, and file audits Perform additional duties as needed to support the success of the community What We're Looking For LIHTC / Affordable Housing experience
REQUIRED
Proven success managing apartment communities with strong occupancy and collections performance Experience with leasing, marketing, and resident retention strategies Strong understanding of affordable housing compliance, including recertifications and regulatory requirements Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills Prior property management experience in multifamily housing required #IND
