Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Property Manager Specialist to oversee the day-to-day operations of residential and/or community properties. This role is vital in ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards, tenants and clients receive exceptional service, and all regulatory requirements are met. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in property management, leasing, and administrative functions. HOA experience is a PLUS!   • Manage leasing processes including property showings, tenant screening, lease negotiations, and contract execution.
  • Oversee property maintenance and facilities management to ensure properties remain safe, functional, and visually appealing.
  • Administer rent collection, late payments, and resolve tenant disputes with effective conflict management strategies.
  • Maintain accurate data entry of property records, lease agreements, legal documentation, and compliance reports using Appfolio property management software.
  • Ensure adherence to Fair Housing regulations, landlord-tenant laws, Section 8 guidelines, South Carolina landlord compliance, and other legal administrative requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and coordinate repairs with vendors and communicate maintenance requests with owners.
  • Foster positive relationships with tenants through excellent customer service, electronically, in person and via phone etiquette. Proactive communication is extremely important for performing effective management relationships.
  • HOA and/or Community management experience a plus.
Pay:
$48,070.66 - $57,891.55 per year
