Job Description

Overview Town & Country Property Management is seeking an experienced and motivated Community Association Manager to oversee a portfolio of homeowner associations including single-family homes, townhomes, and condos. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a background in HOA management—particularly with ARB coordination and working with developer-owned and transitioning communities. Duties Manage the day-to-day operations of the homeowners' association, including administrative tasks, maintenance oversight, and community engagement. Conduct regular financial analysis, including credit analysis and cash management, to ensure the fiscal health of the association. Develop and implement policies that align with community goals while adhering to relevant laws and regulations. Facilitate communication between board members, residents, and service providers to foster positive relationships within the community. Guide communities through the developer transition process and ARB procedures. Oversee maintenance contracts and vendor relationships to ensure quality service delivery. Conduct research on best practices in HOA management and implement improvements as necessary. Prepare reports for board meetings, including monthly financial statements and risk assessments related to property management. Attend board meetings with some occurring at night and an occasional weekend Qualifications Proven experience in HOA management strongly preferred. Experience with HOA violations. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with an ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people. Proficiency in financial services including cash management. Knowledge of risk analysis and risk management principles as they apply to community associations. Experience with ARB review processes and developer communities is a plus. Strong mathematical skills for budgeting and financial reporting purposes. A thorough understanding of relevant laws affecting homeowners' associations is a plus. Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. Preference given to applicants with CMCA and AMS certification. We are a growing company with a commitment to excellence.
